自從在批兔版看到志龍他們家換光纖就很心動...我家還在2Mb很難過和室友搶網寬 也都不能上傳.
聽說明天下午中華電信就要來換了 這表示說我們家以後不會再有上述的問題囉 ^^
房東算有眼光，曉得這陣子中華電信特價，還不用我去找他談曉以大義就想到了!!

學前指引-臨診

原文：考古題的部分有不錯的參考價值(除了神內袁瑞昱主任)，好好的念，應該都會過！
不知道是我想太多還是怎樣，怎麼好像跟事實不太符合咧 有點與事實相反的感覺XD
強烈懷疑老師有看過我們的學前指引......
不過像是眼科一開始就沒有考古題的反而覺得單純(我反而覺得老師這樣反而比較好準備，因為曉得什麼是一定要記的~)，畢竟考古題會決定人看書接收知識的方向。
還有一科藥理，再來就要面對藥理啦 然後馬上有接踵而上的影診 病理 病理實 PBL 期末考....

這個禮拜

目前為止四天，我已經熬夜三天了，為了三科：內科概論(Mon)、外科概論(Tue)、臨床診斷學(Thu)
雖然老師大部分都是出考古，但又不能把握老師一定會出的心理，平均這幾天都是三四點才上床睡覺。今天說不定要準備直接考試(等下八點考...)
這樣的日子，以後還會有，只是好累～真的好累...
但是依然不敢去睡覺XD

二、呼吸
呼吸也會影響到聲音的強度，thoracic cavity 在吸氣的時候，胸廓的陰壓↑(negative pressure↑)，血從SVC 以及IVC 吸到心臟，因而心臟右邊的血比較多(左心室收縮右心室也收縮，由於右心室血增多，逆流的血也增多了)，通過三尖瓣的血流增多；引起吸氣性(normal respiratory splitting)分裂，聽到第二音分裂。

不好意思這邊交代的沒有很清楚，同學可以看一下：
吸氣時：通過右心室血液增加(亦表示流經三尖瓣血液增多)→通過肺動脈瓣血液增加
→S2正常呼吸音裂(normal respiratory splitting)
推論：如果病患有三尖瓣逆流的情形的話，可以利用吸氣的時候聲音變大分辨。

ENT用藥

嗚~ 現在超有感觸的，今天下午到醫院掛號，剛好幫我看病的是851的學長(網球隊的唷~)，他告訴我的鼻子是標準的過敏性鼻炎。= =||| 兩三個禮拜後藥服完後要回去回診看看有沒有好轉...看來李宏信老師上課說的那個顯微手術真的可以好好考慮要不要做了，因為這個是有健保幾付的，學長也有跟我建議，因為我的鼻腔肥厚的程度滿嚴重的，之後考完試後再來和醫生討論看看。

這個是鼻腔定量噴液劑，劑量是64ug/dose，早晚要噴一次。

第二代抗組織胺，我禮拜天去藥房抓的藥是FINSKA，之間的差別是Clarinase duration: 12hrs而Finska是24hrs。

I'm VLog一個小問題

每次跳開其他視窗 常常就自動切入成為暫停(MV就不唱了，暫停...)，但是一切回來原視窗就恢復繼續進行(接續唱，並沒有靜音跳過一段時間...)。
可是有時候又會克服這些問題，是我的電腦問題還是說是程式的問題呢？
還是說，這一切都是...........................................................

想要看個病

身子其實沒有很舒服 因為我的耳朵鼓膜居然有點痛!!!擤鼻涕的時候會痛，這件事情說簡單可以很簡單就只是剛好發炎感染，也有可能很複雜就是我的鼻竇炎不知不覺蔓延到那邊(這樣子還說不定會順便感染腦部...)
覺得這件事情可能不單純的我趕快打電話回家問該怎麼辦，因為我的鼻塞藥也吃完一陣子了，老爸叫我去藥房抓個藥，抗組織胺第二代長效型的，這種比較不會有第一代想睡覺這種side effect，後來就到了乾杯旁邊的耀獅藥局抓了一下藥，Finska LP 24H，長效型一天吃一顆就ok。吃完後覺的效果還不錯，至少現在耳朵不會痛了，不過為了保險起見，明天考完試下午應該會去醫院掛個號檢查看看吧！
希望明天的外概可以考簡單一點，請老師們以王鋒杰以及陳盛煊兩位優秀了老師看齊！

到底算是什麼樣的科目啊...概論 = 不考細節 or 考老師認為重點地方？這種自由心証的問題真麻煩...
感覺還不會考很深 但是如果認真背又真的會背不完@@|||
重點是考試都要來臨了 卻還抓不到重點念 @@ 有本共筆這次評價還有點低(sorry~真的不曉得重點在哪...)

Why there was a Civil War in Ireland

The nature of the executions following the 1916 Rebellion caused such horror amongst the ordinary people that even those removed from politics became sympathetic to the Rebel cause. This enabled the Irish to conduct the War of Independence in a way that convinced Lloyd George that he was dealing with an international problem. Thus the return of De Valera from America, whom the British regarded as a true and able politician persuaded the prime-minister that it was time for a truce and negotiations. Delegations were sent to London between the months of October and December 1921. The Irish delegation was made up of Michael Collins, Arthur Griffith and Robert Barton with Eamon Duggan and George Gavan Duffy as legal advisors.
On leaving for England, the delegation, who were notably without De Valera, were given strict instructions that any decisions made had to be referred to Dublin for ratification. Lloyd George, a vary able diplomat, as was the young Winston Churchill, foiled DeValera's plan by handing down an ultimatum on the 5th of December ; sign or be responsible for total war in Ireland. The men signed the treaty at 2.10 am. on the 6th December 1921.
They returned to find De Valera, the president of the Dail in total opposition to the Treaty, specifically with the Oath of Allegiance to the Crown. The Dail debate on the document was extremely bitter and abusive towards the signatories. During the debate Griffith outlined some of the achievements; "We have brought back the flag, we have brought back the evacuation of Ireland after 700 years of British troops and the formation of an Irish army."
On January 7th 1922 the Dail voted: 64 in favour 57 against thus the Treaty became law. DeValera resigned his post and his supporters boycotted the Dail.
The major operation of taking over the administration of the country was now on the shoulders of Michael Collins as Chairman of the Provisional Government. The key question for the new regime was control of the I.R.A.
Richard Mulcahy, Minister for Defence and Head of the I.R.A. was determined that "the army will remain the army of the Irish Republic". i.e. the I.R.A. would be loyal to the Provisional Government. The reality was that the army had split. The force from which the I.R.A. sprang, the Irish Volunteers, had only taken the oath to the Republic at the insistence of Cathal Brugha and had always tended to be independent of political authority. On January 12th they demanded that an army convention be held to discuss the Treaty and their allegiances. This was opposed but eventually took place on 26th March 1922.
The convention was attended only by dissidents who doubted the authority of Mulcahy (e.g. Liam Lynch, Liam Mellows). The Convention elected its own new executive with Liam Lynch as the chief of staff of the anti-treaty I.R.A. Various sections of the army hardened into pro and anti Treaty factions and clashes occurred in many areas as both groups wanted to take over police barracks as the British evacuated. Supporters of the Treaty dressed in the new green uniform became known as the Free State Army while the anti-Treaty I.R.A. became known as the Irregulars.
The Irregulars refused to recognise the Dail which in effect meant that the I.R.A. were an illegal army within the Irish Free State. In defiance of the Dail, Rory O'Connor, leader of the anti-Treaty I.R.A., led the occupation of the Four Courts and other Dublin buildings in a 1916 style rebellion. There was an initial hope that the conflict would remain in the political arena as the so called Collins / DeValera Pact was proposed containing plans for an agreed election of five "pro" and four "anti" ministers along with the P.M. and Minister for Defence. The pact was widely criticised, Rory O'Connor describing it as a "political dodge intended to split the Republican ranks." The British opposed it and shortly before the June elections Collins repudiated the Pact.
The results of these elections which showed strong support for the Free State reflected the desire of people to return to normal living conditions. This did not influence the Irregulars who were still determined to overthrow the Treaty.
The assassination of Sir. Henry Wilson in London by two of Collins' men acted as a catalyst for events in Ireland. The British government blamed Rory O'Connor's garrison which had occupied the Four Courts for two months. Churchill threatened Collins with war unless these men were removed from their position (the same threat used in the Treaty negotiations). On 26th June an Irregular officer was arrested while on a raid so in retaliation the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Free State Army was kidnapped. On 28th June 1922 the Free State government sent an ultimatum to O'Connor to surrender or submit to shelling. No answer was given thus the Free State Army bombarded their former comrades out of the Four Courts over two days. The Irish Civil War had begun.

最近都用我的電子辭典編寫飲食預算表，其實還滿實用的；不要小看它不是台電腦，發現把它當成小pda來使用也不賴~

為何要冰J.R. Smith呢

我想除了工作態度不良好外，或只是說暗黑計劃讓他拿不到比較好的合約只好用便宜的合約續約；以上都有許多大師分析過了。
自從前段連敗之後，感覺JR就有種被冰起來而且是冰到不曉得上場是什麼滋味都不曉得的那種程度，想開季他還是個平均有到16分的第二得分點呢！
話說回來，如果他有在這段被冰的時間把自己的工作態度以及成熟度練好，如果他不再只有三分線或是灌籃的話，他應該也會有很棒的career的，想他的體能可是足以媲美我的第二支持對象：小AI呢！兩個人都有超可怕的體能，但是小AI不一樣的是他有很棒的職業態度以及認真的防守。我不相信老二做不到的，他的天份大家都看的到，如果他真的做得到，那最快季後賽最慢明年其他球隊就會嘗到可怕的遭遇(天份無限、攻擊無敵的金塊隊!!! 多棒~真希望不是夢想而已)
其實看他今年的數據：想想他最近被冰成這樣今年成績還可以那麼不錯，他一定會有機會的...

由於AI的轉隊，這季的NBA改看金塊隊的，很高興他們從摩合開始的不順遂，一直到今天七連勝，可以從中磨合出必勝的團隊陣容。
現在看起來他們有很高的機會會對上馬刺隊，今年季末又是變態般戰績的球隊(勝場平均已經到13分這不叫變態就要叫做魔鬼了 = =||| )之前的交戰成績由於主將都有受傷或是禁賽，所以不太好看，參考價值不大，季末最後一場交手八成也會虛諉用兵，不會真槍實彈...(多少會保留一些~)

但是想要拿冠軍的球隊，第一輪輸或第二輪輸意思是一樣的，反正西區三強都一定得打到，早晚碰到的問題而已。有網友希望可以看到金塊打太陽，會有華麗的進攻大戰(但是我覺得矛盾大戰也不錯呀~反正如果有機會贏最後第二輪還是會碰到馬刺，該來的總會來的)

雖然馬刺最怕的是那種非人類級的對手，KB、MJ、以前的AI(應該也算吧~)
不過我相信兩支全NBA進攻能力+製造犯規麻煩能力前五名的AI + Melo應該不會讓馬刺太好過的！
你們Bowen只有一個，我們可是有兩支一對一防不住的進攻點呢 (H)...

雖然機會不大，但是衷心希望Denver可以給我一個nice season...
你們的未來是在下一季，但我不反對你們今年就跌破大家眼鏡!!!加油呀!!!

新介面

由於我想要有一個可以放比較多內容的Blog，舊的模式介面雖然好看
但是太窄了 內容三不五時就必須要換行，導致頁面拉的太長；所以就挑選了minima lefty stretch這個模式，然後再自己來配色。

The Battle of Algiers - FLN

"The FLN uprising presented nationalist groups with the question of whether to adopt armed revolt as the main course of action. During the first year of the war, Ferhat Abbas's UDMA, the ulema, and the PCA maintained a friendly neutrality toward the FLN. The communists, who had made no move to cooperate in the uprising at the start, later tried to infiltrate the FLN, but FLN leaders publicly repudiated the support of the party. In April 1956, Abbas flew to Cairo, where he formally joined the FLN. This action brought in many évolués who had supported the UDMA in the past. The AUMA also threw the full weight of its prestige behind the FLN. Bendjelloul and the pro-integrationist moderates had already abandoned their efforts to mediate between the French and the rebels.

After the collapse of the MTLD, Messali Hadj formed the leftist Mouvement National Algérien (MNA), which advocated a policy of violent revolution and total independence similar to that of the FLN. The ALN, the military wing of the FLN, subsequently wiped out the MNA guerrilla operation, and Messali Hadj's movement lost what little influence it had had in Algeria. However, the MNA gained the support of a majority of Algerian workers in France through the Union Syndicale des Travailleurs Algériens (Union of Algerian Workers). The FLN also established a strong organization in France to oppose the MNA. Merciless "café wars," resulting in nearly 5,000 deaths, were waged in France between the two rebel groups throughout the years of the War of Independence.

On the political front, the FLN worked to persuade — and to coerce — the Algerian masses to support the aims of the Independence movement. FLN-oriented labor unions, professional associations, and students' and women's organizations were created to rally diverse segments of the population. Frantz Fanon, a psychiatrist from Martinique who became the FLN's leading political theorist, provided a sophisticated intellectual justification for the use of violence in achieving national liberation. From Cairo, Ahmed Ben Bella ordered the liquidation of potential interlocuteurs valables, those independent representatives of the Muslim community acceptable to the French through whom a compromise or reforms within the system might be achieved.

As the FLN campaign spread through the countryside, many European farmers in the interior (called Pieds-Noirs) sold their holdings and sought refuge in Algiers and other Algerian cities. After a series of bloody, random massacres and bombings by Muslim Algerians in several towns and cities, the French Pieds-Noirs and urban French population began to demand that the French government engage in sterner countermeasures, including the proclamation of a state of emergency, capital punishment for political crimes, denunciation of all separatists, and most ominously, a call for 'tit-for-tat' reprisal operations by police, military, and para-military forces. Colon vigilante units, whose unauthorized activities were conducted with the passive cooperation of police authorities, carried out ratonnades (literally, rat-hunts; synonymous with Arab-killings) against suspected FLN members of the Muslim community.

By 1955 effective political action groups within the Algerian colonial community succeeded in intimidating the governors general sent by Paris to resolve the conflict. A major success was the conversion of Jacques Soustelle, who went to Algeria as governor general in January 1955 determined to restore peace. Soustelle, a one-time leftist and by 1955 an ardent Gaullist, began an ambitious reform program (the Soustelle Plan) aimed at improving economic conditions among the Muslim population" (Library of Congress).

一件有點啼笑皆非的事

4/8和珊珊晚上到淡水玩 結果在老街河岸那邊的亞馬遜探險館

怕死蛇的我 從頭到尾就守在 鼯鼠旁邊 看他津津有味的吃著果子...
旁邊的爬蟲類實在都太可怕了
而我不怕的動物除了老鼠外就只剩下刺蝟了(但她好像也很怕週遭的樣子)

結果就變成花了59元 進了探險館 什麼都沒有看到 T_T

不過這間還滿特別的 有長的超奇怪的烏龜 長成人臉狀的豬 還有怎麼吵都不會動的樹懶...

說真的 還好沒有去另一間 (另一間都是蛇 如過去了應該會直接昏死吧....)

Government should fear their people.” Though our country now doesn’t face this kind of issues, but we still can understand what moviemakers want us to know, the freedom.
